For interior coating of water pipes. Ideal for environments requiring corrosion resistance.

Main features:

Utilizes fast-curing epoxy resin. Complies with JWWA G112 standard (Japan Water Works Association standard). ※Separate certification approval required, please consult us. Preheating coating allows for a coating thickness from 300μm to a maximum of 1200μm.

Coating specification:

Pre-treatment: Sandblasting.
Painting method: Electrostatic spray or fluidized bed dipping.
Curing Condition: Start temperature for painting: 210~240°C.
End temperature for painting: Must be above 190°C.（※）
(※)If the end temperature is below 190°C, post-heating at 180~210°C for 10 minutes is required.
