Main features:

Easy to apply with a film thickness of 30–40 µm, Thin film thickness (30µm) is closest to the Japanese standard. Solves the long-standing problem of “too thick film causing error”.
Has excellent corrosion resistance and very good adhesion to steel surfaces.
Excellent chemical resistance, water resistance, and waterproofing.

Coating Specification:

Pre-treatment: Shot blasting according to ISO standard–Sa2½ (SSPC–SP10).
Painting method: Roller/Roll – Airless Paint Gun – Airless Spray Gun
Curing conditions: Drying time (ambient temperature): 20℃ × 1 hour; 30℃ × 30 minutes. / Hardening time: 20℃ × 8 hours; 30℃ × 4 hours.
