Notice of Potential Adjustments to Quantity and Price

Coature Vietnam Co., Ltd. would like to express our sincere appreciation for your continued trust, support, and cooperation.

We would like to inform you in advance of potential impacts on supply and possible price adjustments for solvent products. Due to the recent instability in the Middle East, the procurement environment for solvent raw materials has become increasingly uncertain. In addition, petrochemical manufacturers have taken measures such as reducing output and adjusting production plans. As a result, in the near future, certain solvent products may be affected not only in terms of supply availability but also in pricing.

At preent, we are continuing to review the affected products and specific conditions. However, depending on how the situation develops, lead times may become less stable than usual, and price adjustments may be unavoidable. Once any price changes are officially confirmed, we will promptly inform you. In the meantime, we kindly ask for your support in sharing your usage plan and demand forecast for the next 1 to 3 months, especially for regularly used products. For cases involving increased production, urgent delivery requirements, or new projects, we would greatly appreciate your earlier notification than usual.

On our side, Coature Vietnam Co., Ltd. will make every effort to maintain a stable supply. When necessary, we will also support you by proposing alternative products or recommending appropriate ordering timing. Should there be any further updates, including those related to pricing, we will keep you informed as soon as possible.
