Benefits:
✓Traditional thermoplastic Fluoropolymer coatings (Kynar 500/Garnet 1000) required high-temperature curing around 240°C, limiting use on heat-sensitive materials and gloss adjustment. The new coating, combining thermoset Fluoropolymer Lumiflon® with selected pigments, allows application to various materials and free adjustment of color and gloss (options from glossy to semi-gloss).
✓Two-component paint enables onsite painting.
✓It’s highly weather-resistant and maintains aesthetics for outdoor use over time, suitable for building materials, residential hardware, and exterior products.

Coating specification:
Pre-treatment: Factory painting: chemical treatment (zinc phosphate/chromate processing).
Onsite painting: appropriate surface preparation + primer coating.
Painting method: Factory: spray/electrostatic spraychromate.
Onsite: brush/roller/spray.
Curing Condition: Promote drying: 80°C x 40 min / 130°C x 20 minutes.
Also suitable for room temperature drying.

Paint form: Two-component / Solvent-based.
Mixing ratio: 8:1

Available from glossy to semi-gloss.
Thinner: Dedicated thinner for Fluororesin.
