Usage: ​

Main features:​

Reduces wear with lubricating and friction-reducing properties.
Achieves non-stick and anti-contamination properties. Excellent chemical resistance.
Available in baking type (180°C × 30 minutes) and two-component urethane type (accelerated drying at 80°C × 30 minutes).

Coating specification:

Pre-treatment: Degreasing and cleaning.
Painting method: Air spray.
Curing Condition:  Baking type: 180°C × 30 minutes
Two-component urethane type: Accelerated drying at 80°C × 30   minutes

Product specification:​

Paint form: One-component / Two-component.
Mixing ratio: Two-component: 8:1
Color: Color matching available.
Thinner: Dedicated thinner for fluororesin.
