Usage:

Suitable for a wide range of applications, including building materials, residential hardware, exterior products, air conditioning equipment, electrical panel equipment, and road materials.

Main features:

Advanced technology enabling curing at 30°C lower than conventional products (140°C for 20 minutes). UV resistance due to the use of HALS hybrid urethane resin. Superior painting workability compared to traditional two-component systems, with fewer pinholes and drips, increasing work efficiency.

Coating specification:

Pre-treatment: Degreasing and chemical treatment
Chromate processing.
Painting method: Electrostatic painting/Air spray.
Curing Condition: 140°C × 20 minutes
